I'd like to send a shout out... Uniform tributes come in all shapes and sizes, from the flamboyant displays to the subtle reminders. They seem to show up in almost every sport, including baseball to football. While some people want to commemorate individuals, others are looking just to show their support.

Happy Birthday, Mr. Woodson ... Now Pay Up. The Green Bay Packers' secondary decided to have a little fun with CB Charles Woodson's 31st birthday by wearing yellow-tipped cleats during their 10-07-2007 game against the Bears. Woodson and Al Harris were slapped a fine for the stunt, while Frank Walker received only a warning.

The 'No Fun League' Lives Up To Its Name The 2007-2008 NFL season did not disappoint, as usual, and the NFL's Uniform Inspectors were out in full force during the season. Buffalo Bills guard Derrick Dockery, Kansas City CB Patrick Surtain, and Pats QB Tom Brady were some of the notable uniform violators to be fined.
