What is a Uniform Violation Honorable Mention?

Quite simply...these people didn't make the cut, but are still worthy of mention.
To be included on our NBA Violation List, the violator must have committed a uniform violation and receieved a fine for doing so. These people, for one reason or another, attempted a uniform violation but did not follow through in the end. None of these individuals were fined by NBA for their actions.
