Arms & Sleeves Rules:
- Sleeves may not be so baggy as to, or otherwise sized in a manner which may, interfere with umpires' ability to make calls.
- Sleeve length may not extend below the elbow.
- Minor variations in uniform sleeve length are allowed, but sleeves cannot be ragged, frayed or slit.
