Terrell Owens
Dallas Cowboys WR Terrell Owens was fined $10,000 by the NFL for waving his "Touchdown Towel" on national television during a 11-04-2007 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. According to NFL rules: Rule 5, Section 4, Article 8 states that players are prohibited from wearing, displaying, or otherwise conveying personal messages either in writing or illustration. "People try to make a big deal out of it," said Owens, "It's not any different than Chad [Johnson] going to the sidelines and taking [out] a coat. All I had was a little towel, and now they want to make that into a big deal." Owens sells his Touchdown Towel for $6.99, or ten for $59.99 from his personal website.
